All of the staff was very friendly. The airboat ride was so beautiful in the morning. We saw plenty of wildlife. When I bought tickets I had no idea it included park entry, which was a great surprise! Lots of different animals to see and some free shows that go with it, too. Spent the whole morning there until noon, and could have made it a (mostly) all day thing because you can get discounted entry in the safari section, too. We opted not to do that but it looked very cool. There is a restaurant there, too. There was also a playground for kids. It was a very pleasant and fun experience. Cannot say enough good things about all staff - every single person we interacted with was very pleasant and seemed like they like their jobs, which I think says a lot about the place. We brought our 7 year old son and he loved it, too. Strongly recommend.

Scott was so real, funny, and engaging! My son was the only kid in the group (12 yrs) and he made sure the tour was educational, but in a “fun” way. We saw several alligators, but the boat ride alone was worth the cost. One of our favorite Florida experiences!!!

The trolleys run regularly. The website offers real-time updates, so you have a good idea of when the next one will arrive at your stop. Suggestion: plan ahead and have specific destinations in mind so that you know where you’re going.

We had an awesome tone. Saw many gators, birds and turtles. Our guide Connor was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Would highly recommend this excursion for the entire family. Fun, informative and the area is beautiful.
