And, by the way, did you know that…? From the top you can see Africa, and it is the point in Spain where the most shooting stars pass by per minute. Spectacular place, isn't it? But Trevélez is known for its exquisite hams cured at an altitude. In fact, it has a Protected Designation of Origin. We will visit a ham drying room to learn about the ham production process. We will also be able to taste local products. In the drying room shop, customers can buy local charcuterie.
