Carved out of local limestone, mostly in the 15th and 16th centuries, Korčula Old Town is a harmonious example of the Gothic-Renaissance whole. An evening kayaking your starting from Tatinja Bay in Lumbarda. After meeting your guide and completing a 20 minute safety briefing and training session in the sea you will begin with the tour. You will visit an island famous for its quarrying history, and another one which is a home to a beautiful monastery from the 14th century complete with beautiful wild deer roaming around. After that you will paddle to the most beautiful sunset spot in the area to enjoy the calming red sun dropping into the sea. Other explorers before him had changed the geography of the world – Marco Polo changed its history. Interestingly, many sources suggest that Korčula is a town where he was born around 1254! The island of Korčula undoubtedly holds a privileged position among the Croatian islands. It is full of legends, tales and monuments - more than any other island in the Adriatic sea. Once we arrived on the island, we will start our day trip by discovering the picturesque old town of Korčula, the main town of the island. It is a unique experience to walk along the narrow streets and among the beautiful churches and magnificent palaces of what is considered to be one of the best-preserved Medieval towns in the Mediterranean. Being famous stonemasons, shipbuilders and seafarers, the people of Korčula left their marks all over the world, but saved their best works for their hometown. After a sightseeing tour of the old town of Korčula, you will have some free time for lunch. After lunch, you shouldn't miss out swimming in the crystal clear water of the island's beautiful beaches. On our way back to Dubrovnik, we will make a stop in one of the well-known wine cellars on the Pelješac peninsula and sample some of the excellent local wine.

This is a walk through a forest with gorgeous views over the Old Town. You’ll be carried away to an oasis of peace and quiet, you’ll intoxicate yourself with oxygen, and you’ll do something that your health will thank you for. The walk is not demanding, and it will be led by a tourist guide who is a nature enthusiast. First, you’ll walk along the sea leaving the town behind. Then you’ll walk under the shade of pine trees leaving the asphalt behind. And lastly, you will not walk – you’ll just sit on a stone and chat, with the song of cicadas in the background. In the forest, on a hill, you’ll be surprised by the Forteca tower, built at the beginning of the 19th century by the British. A little further on, you’ll discover Naplov, a clearing formely used for collecting rainwater. The 101 step ascent to St. Antony Hill, is lined with cypresses, and will reward you with a beautiful view over Korčula’s archipelago. The icing, or rather the honey on the cake will be meeting a local beekeeper, where you’ll peek into a full beehive, and hear about the sweet curiosities of the bees’ life.
