This is a picturesque getaway away allowing you to explore the delightful countryside outside of Montpelier on a half or day tour. You will be picked up at your hotel or accommodation for a commented road trip. The destination is Pic Saint Loup, a Montpellier highlight, and a commune of the Coteaux du Languedoc, some 20 km inland from the city. Discover a terroir, visit two wineries, meet the winemaker, and taste the wine. You will drive to a quaint and relaxed medieval village. Thereafter, on the way to the family house, you will be served a table meal with produce from the nearby farm, prepared by the mother of the tour guide - an expert cook.

Set off from Montpellier and delve into the stunning natural landscape of the Languedoc region. Take in the delicate aromas of the "garrigue", Mediterranean flora, as the scenery passes by. Admire the magnificent Pic Saint-Loup. Visit 2 different wine-growing estates with diverse histories and styles. Listen to the expert wine-growers as they explain everything from the working of the vines to vinification and aging. A short tasting workshop will teach you the art of describing and appreciating a wine. Then, return to Montpellier

Your experience begins as you meet in Montpellier with your local guide. It will be at this point you will receive a presentation of the excursion itinerary before your departure in an air-conditioned minibus. In a small group, discover the small medieval village of Mourèze and its cirque with other-worldly rock formations. Shortly before lunch time, you will return to the minibus to explore a unique lake which is sure to make an impression on you. It will be at this location you will be free to enjoy a picnic at the water's edge, as you chat with your guide. In the early afternoon, admire beautiful gorges and a medieval bridge which is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will later finish the day strolling through the winding streets of a medieval village full of artisanal shops in a natural and enchanting setting. History is also very present in this area, which boasts an impressive abbey with a glorious past.

Meet your guide at 10AM on the Esplanade de l'Europe. Start with a visit to a magnificent wine estate and its Renaissance-style castle backed by its 11th century chapel and nestled in a lush garden. You will also visit the vinification cellar and the oak barrel cellar before tasting their range of white, red and rosé wines. Then, sharpen your palate and delight your taste buds with a visit to an oyster and shellfish farm. Learn about this little known farming and enjoy oysters that may still be in the water at the beginning of your visit. You'll head back to Montpellier around 1/ 1.30PM.

Au départ du port des quilles, nous longeons la plage du lido jusqu’au Port de Marseillan Plage, nous empruntons le canal de Pisse-Saumes pour entrer sur l’étang de Thau par sa partie Ouest. Nous allons traverser l’étang en passant dans les ports de Marseillan-ville, Mèze et Bouzigues. Chaque port a son propre charme et ses particularités, qui ne manqueront pas de vous émerveiller. L’étang de Thau est un lieu incontournable de la région Occitanie, avec sa richesse environnementale et son patrimoine culturel. Puis nous allons rentrer dans le port de Sète pour découvrir ses bâtiments historiques, ses quartiers typiques et ses maisons colorées. Tout en vous relaxant sur les eaux calmes des canaux, vous pourrez profiter des magnifiques paysages qui vous entourent. Au retour nous allons longer la corniche de Sète, le théâtre de la Mer et la crique de l’Anau.

Discover oyster production in an oyster farm, meet the producer and taste the succulent oysters of the Thau basin. Enjoy a moment of intimacy with two winegrowers who will explain each particularity of their AOP Picpoul de Pinet and AOP Muscat de Frontignan wines before the wine tasting. You will visit the vineyard and the cellar, so you will be able to make the difference between dry wine and sweet wine. The return journey is by boat to the departure port and then by minibus to Montpellier.

Discover the wonderful Camargue country with all of this culture, folklore and history. Share a delicious moment with a winegrower in the vineyards. Take part in a wine tasting game that will introduce you to wine tasting. Then enjoy a picnic with ultra local products for 2 hours. Appreciate a walk through another winery, not far from the first one, to show you two very different winemaking techniques and enjoy a breathtaking view of the Aigues-Mortes salt flats from the gigantic tuns. Taste the wines and note the difference with those of the first domain because you will be trained ! At the end of the activity you will be taken back to the starting point in Montpellier by minibus.

Take a historic tour of the house then join a guided tasting of the whole Noilly Prat collection. Open the door of the enormous open-air cellar and succumb to the scents of plants and spices from all over the world, in the Herboristerie.  Receive a gastronomy and mixology brochure and watch a demonstration of the perfect serve. Learn about the famous dodinage mixing technique while you are seduced by the flavors of wood, herbs, and spices. 

Enjoy an excursion to Aigues Mortes, a magnificent fortified city, classified as a Grand site Occitanie. In its downtown area, you will find a beautiful square where the famous statue of Saint Louis is located. Discover the "salins du midi" (by small train) and let yourself be seduced by the pink colors. Walk among the lakes to discover the birds of the Camargue Enjoy Saintes Maries de la mer and visit its emblematic building: its church with the statue of Saint Sara, the Black Virgin. On the way back, discover the Tour Carbonnière alone in the middle of the marshes and rice fields. This square tower of the 13th century impressed the travelers of the time. Take the beautiful stairs to enjoy a view of the whole region
