The bike tour was fantastic. Kyle, the tour guide, was very knowlegable about Munich - the history, the present, and where it's planning to go. Booking onto the tour was very straightforward. If you got to Munich - you need to do this tour! This is the best way to get shown around the sights. Try doing this on one of the first days you are in Munich as the tour guide will point out everywhere and you will become familiar with the cycle paths and local customs and then from there you can decide what you would like to see more of and how to travel around. The bikes are easy to use (they're provided by Mike's Bikes), the paths are great to navigate on and easy to get around. The stop-off at the Englischer Garten beer garden really completes the tour as you have lunch and a beer and sit in the wonderful beer garden in the middle of a beautiful park.
The tour was great! I really recommend this tour. We had a nice lunch stop in English garden. During the tour, we got to see a lot of nice things, ang got a really good feeling and good reccommendations about the city. The tourguide, Kyle was perfect for the job. He comes from California, and because of that, very easy to understand. He always had great humor too! Thanks for a perfect tourday!
This is a fun tour - the octoberfest museum is also a spot you could stop in and have a drink later. There was plenty of beer and food. We ended up staying with part of our group and having a beer at Hofbrauhaus. A fun night for our group which was parents and two kids ages 21 and 18.
We had an awesome time. Our guide was so knowledgeable and funny! The experience was worth more than the cost. We will definitely book another experience when we are in Munich again.
Dani our guide was great, so passionate about the city, culture and the beer! A definite must if you want to know the best spots to go and what you have to try whilst in Munich!
