From start to finish this trip was wonderful. A beautiful yacht with a great crew. Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained what we needed to look for when spotting whales. We were blessed to come across not one but two humpback whales. Such an amazing sight. The drinks on board where reasonable and very welcome after a cold and windy whale viewing. We were even treated to viewing our guides photos on our return journey. We would highly recommend. Thank you to all at Seatrips for a great experience!

Our boat had to be downgraded to the normal ‘Sailor’ boat from the luxury Amelia Rose. However this didn’t put us off at all. The boat was still nice and had a lovely warm area with a little bar area to get warm drinks on the way back to the harbour. Sadly we didn’t get to see any whales but we were privy to a lot of very playful dolphins. The staff were brilliant and I would definitely go again if I come back to Iceland. Hopefully that will be sooner rather than later!!!

Lovely experience, shame to say we didn’t see any whales ( main reason we were so eager to do this trip) although we did see dolphins lots of! The guide did form us they had not seen whales for a long time. I loved the experience nether the less although I do think it should be changed to dolphin watching. Lovely time tho! :)

Our original trip was moved from the afternoon to the morning due to incoming bad weather but as luck would have it, we went out and followed a majestic humpback whale for a good half hour. Very happy with the tour and the guide made the trip even more memorable.

Great Hosts, lovely boat. Amazing experience saw a few Minke whales and some seals, they were very experienced in finding them. All round fabulous trip. We also did the northern lights with them and saw those too. Very lucky!
