We really enjoyed this tour. We were concerned about it feeling uncomfortable due to other reviews however we felt the visit to Uros was very respectful. It didn't feel like a human zoo, they are simply inviting you onto their island to learn how another culture lives. It's worth remembering too that the fish in Lake Titicaca has significantly reduced over the years so they rely on tourism. They were friendly and welcoming and none of the other tourists were disrespectful. You are taught some words in their language so you can show interest and respect. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was the little girl who sang and then held her hand out for money. However, as they rely on tourism you should go with the intention of buying some handmade goods and giving tips for the boat and singing. Taquile was beautiful and a lovely walk. At lunch there was some information about the textiles with some demonstrations which I had wanted to see. Lunch was great too.

Very good service! Picked up from my hostel on time, frequent stops for photos and as I was heading towards Puno I was picked up in Chivas for the return trip. A long day nonetheless but the Canyon and the surrounding area are worth it!

Great driver and guide, wonderful. I recommend it 1000%. It was quite an adventure to meet the Mountain of 7 Colors with Istedds.

It rained a lot and it was too cold but we were able to finish the tour. Our guide Yazmín was very attentive and friendly.

Everything was excellent. Yazmín was in charge of making us feel very comfortable and everything could be perfect.
