Khao Lak

Depart Khao Lak for a friendly elephant camp and spend some time with the gentle giants, bathing and feeding them. Continue the 5-hour tour with a visit to Sai Rung Waterfall, the rainbow falls, and enjoy some refreshments. The waterfall cascades 20 meters from a ledge in the tropical rainforest into a lagoon. Surrounded by lush vegetation, the area around the falls also hosts an abundance of local wildlife. Hop on a bamboo raft poled by a local boatman and float along the river for a calm and relaxing ride through the rainforest. Visit the Sea Turtle Conservation Center to learn about projects aimed at increasing the number of sea turtles in the region.

Experience the stunning landscape of Khao Lak on an off-road jungle Jeep tour. Make your way through lush greenery to discover hidden jungle treasures. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant along the way. Start your day with a canoe trip through beautiful mangrove forests and observe wildlife. Then head to a large lake for a traditional Thai lunch. After you have had your fill, the adventure begins as you explore Khao Lak National Park in your off-road Jeep vehicle. Explore the jungle on an off-road experience. Drive up to 600 meters above sea level. Take a short walk to a spectacular waterfall where you can jump in and cool off. To end the tour, visit a Buddhist temple to learn about Thai culture and how important the temple is to the locals.

Following pick-up from your hotel in Khao Lak, board a traditional longtail boat and experience the mangrove forests and karst formations from a different perspective. Get up close to the limestone rocks on a short canoe trip before heading to Khao Phing Kan. Marvel at rock formations such as Tapu Island and James Bond Island, used as a film location in the movie "The Man With The Golden Gun." Continue to the floating Muslim village of Koh Panyi, where you will enjoy a delicious lunch. Next, go to Suwan Khuha Cave Temple to see the statue of the reclining Golden Buddha. Get some time to feed the resident monkeys before the return trip to Khao Lak.

Phang Nga Province is home to 3 of Thailand’s most amazing temples. The first stop on this 9-hour tour will be the Dragon Cave Temple at the site of stunning stalagmite and stalactite caves that you can explore. Continue on to the Bang Rieng Temple, situated high up on a mountain and offering breathtaking views. It features the largest pagoda in Phang Nga, and houses a Buddha relic. Enjoy an authentic Thai lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Suwan Khuha Temple, or Wat Suwan Khuha, one of the most historic of Phang Nga’s temples. It is located in a giant cave and houses a 15-meter-long reclining Buddha statue.

Discover Khao Lak Safari on a full-day trip that starts with a pickup from your hotel in Phuket. Visit a waterfall, temple, turtle conservation center, and Tsunami Memorial Police Boat 813. Ride on a traditional raft and see a variety of protected animal species. Jump onboard a traditional bamboo raft passing by single jungle huts, ancient trees, and other exotic plants. Be attentive to your paddler, who will show you wild animals that sleep along the tree branches above you such as snakes, monkeys, spiders, and monitor lizards. Learn about the Queen Turtle conservation center project, located in a military area, where the turtles are protected and taken care of before being released into the wild. Relax close to a refreshing waterfall and have a delicious Thai lunch to replenish your energy. After lunch, you'll visit a traditional temple for a small introduction to Buddhism. Finally, head to the elephant camp to bathe, feed, and bond with an elephant.

Embark on a Phi Phi Islands speedboat tour and leave the crowds behind. Visit the most famous spots of the beautiful Phi Phi islands, its pristine beaches and landscapes, and jump into the clear waters for a swim and a snorkel. Start your tour very early in order to arrive at the islands before the regular tours. Stop at the island Phi Phi Leh, with its beautiful Maya Bay, which is famous from the Hollywood movie The Beach, and the Phi Phi Leh Lagoon. Take time for a refreshing swimming break in the lagoon. After, continue to Phi Phi Don to climb up to the striking viewpoint. Enjoy the amazing views from the top of the island and get a glimpse of the town. Tuck into a delicious light breakfast followed by lunch later in the day and enjoy drinks aboard the speedboat. Don't miss out on the opportunity for sightseeing around the island to see the Viking Cave and visit the monkey beach. Make the most of two long snorkeling stops, and as a final stop head to Bamboo Island for a picnic lunch and extensive beach and swimming time. 

The early bird tour to Similan Islands will leave directly from the Yacht Haven in Phuket or Nam Kem Pier in Khaolak and takes about 1.5 hours to arrive at Island no 8. The early departure ensures you get there early enough to enjoy Donald Duck Bay, hike up the short trail to the Sail Rock, and take those amazing pictures from the viewpoint. The tour includes two long snorkeling breaks to explore the beautiful underwater world and a chance to see a sea turtle. You'll be picked up from your hotel in Khao Lak at 7:45 AM before heading north. Enjoy some sightseeing along the way. At 8:30 AM, you'll arrive at Takuapa Morning Market and get a chance to see local life and try some Thai delicacies. Set off in a canoe rowed by the local partner's crew in the Little Amazon at 9:20 AM. Enjoy sightseeing in the swamp forest, surrounded by hundred-year-old banyan trees and mangrove forest. Reptiles and various kind of birds can be seen on the canoe trip also, so keep your eyes peeled.  At 11:30 AM, visit the Sai Rung Waterfall and freshen up with a swim before heading back to Khao Lak, returning to your hotel around midday.

Start the day with an air-conditioned transfer from your hotel to the white water rafting location. You will receive a short safety briefing and training instruction, before starting on your adventure along the Song Phraek river. After this thrilling experience, take a 30-minute ATV ride to enjoy the nature of Phang Nga Province at your own pace. Once you have finished your outdoor adventures, enjoy a lunch of traditional Thai food accompanied by fresh fruit and tea and coffee. After relaxing, take the opportunity to go for mini jungle walk to Ton Pariwat Waterfall. Enjoy your time at the waterfall, swimming and relaxing in the beautiful surroundings. Get back to nature on a day trip to Khao Sok National Park and Cheow Lan Lake. Experience one of the oldest rainforests in the world, and spend a leisurely afternoon enjoying a traditional Thai buffet and riding kayaks on the lake.  Start your adventure bright and early with pickup from your hotel at around 6:15 AM. Witness the interesting views of local life along the way to Khao Sok National Park. Upon arrival at Cheow Lan Lake, board a traditional long-tail boat and take in the beautiful panoramic views.  Enjoy a nice walk through the jungle, then hop on a bamboo raft at a hidden lagoon. Next, take an exciting cave exploration through the ancient Coral Cave, dating back 10,000 years.  At the far end of the lake, savor a delicious and authentic Thai buffet lunch at a floating restaurant — the resort with the best views of Cheow Lan Lake. After lunch, spend some free time self-paddle kayaking around the emerald lake. Relax with refreshing drinks and seasonal fruits by the pool before the return trip back to your hotel.
