It was a lovely little trip and the staff were quite helpful and spoke multiple different languages. The tour is offered in several different languages as well. The 24hrs start from the time you activate your ticket upon boarding according to the driver.

The English narration and historical information were excellent. The sound quality was clear and easy to understand. The young man at the door was very pleasant and helpful.
