We were worried that in the freezing temperatures that the car would be cold but it was surprisingly warm. We had headsets that explained the history of key buildings (castle and churches) but the best part of the tour was the historical tour of the Jewish Quarter and scenes of the ghetto during the Second World War. We visited Schindler's factory too which was excellent.

Great center and atmosphere, well spoken English across the staff and very friendly, great guns and amazing fun, just prepare as it's well ventilated so bring cosy clothing hahha Defo coming back again for more !!
