2. From Ensenada: Ojos Negros Valley Cheese & Wine Tasting Tour

Travel through the countryside cheese and wine route on a tour of the Ojos Negros Valley, located one hour east of Ensenada. Visit a winery, discover a local lavender farm, and enjoy various tastings of local products. Your first stop will be at Infinito Winery, where you will be attended to by Pepe Pedrosa, owner and winemaker of the winery. Enjoy a tour of the vineyard and learn more about the world of wine. Next, make your way to Rancho La Campana, where you can taste artisan cheeses paired with quality wines and other craft products in the underground cellar at La Cava de Marcelo. We really enjoyed our tour! We had 14 seats booked (the max was 15) so I assumed it would be private. Turns out the guide made us wait half an hour for another group that ultimately didn't show. That delay was disappointing and moderately frustrating but overall we enjoyed the tour a lot and recommend it when in Ensenada.

The scarf is worth it and the people in the market are very friendly! Luigi's service was excellent!
