I rarely buy these tours as they are normally overpriced. But if you want to go to the top of Europe, you must book this one. It was. a 4-minute walk to pick up from Zurich HB. The bus was a double-decker. We sat on the bottom which had tables. It was comfortable with a great view. You can drink water but no eating on the bus. There are no restrooms on the bus. You can use the restroom in Interlaken. It cost 1 CHF to use the public restroom. We had 45 min. there then on to Jungfraujoch. Bring plenty of snacks and water as the food prices are pricey. If you forget you will stop in Interlaken and can buy food in the grocery store for a good price. Water is sold on the bus for 2 CHF but at the store, it's .95CHF. The tour guide was nice and explained a lot of history. Had great weather when we arrived. The Cable car ride was exciting and the view was nice. The train ride was through a tunnel. The top of Europe was beautiful and a memorable experience.

Our afternoon Zurich tour exceeded expectations. Guide, Annette, was very informative and pleasant. We had limited time in Zurich and this tour hit many of the high spots we likely would have missed. Recommend highly.

The guide suggested some spontaneous sightseeing on the way, which was incredible. Free time in town was reasonable (adequate and not too long). Clear instructions of gathering point and time.

Amazing way to spend a day on your Switzerland trip! It was an adventure filled day and a great guided tour to Mt Titlis and also through the beautiful town of Lucerne. Loved it!

From start to finish, every aspect of the tour was of the highest quality. Our tour guide was very informative and could not have been more helpful. Would highly recommend.
