Full description

Discover the Tulum Archaeological Site and a picturesque cenote on a guided tour from Cancún. Learn about the ancient Mayan civilization as you see what remains of buildings such as the pyramid temple of El Castillo.

Start with a pickup from your hotel in Cancún. Travel to Tulum and explore one of the last cities built by the Mayans on an express tour of the archaeological site.

See the pyramid temple of El Castillo, the Temple of the Frescoes, and Templo Dios del Viento (Temple of the God of the Winds). You can then explore on your own and take in the views of the Caribbean Sea. Then, take some free time at the beach in Tulum.

Afterward, make a quick stop at a cenote where you will be able to refresh yourself with a swim at this natural sinkhole. Finally, relax on the journey back to your hotel in Cancún.

Definitely would recommend this trip! Our tour guide Samuel was very engaging. We got split into Spanish and English speakers for the tour and we were with Tino who gave us a very informative and educational tour of the archeological site. Made very interesting. The cenotes were beautiful! They weren’t full of tourist so we got to really enjoy them. We stayed pretty on schedule throughout the day and it was the perfect amount of time to enjoy each site. Definitely a must see if you are visiting Cancun! Strongly recommend this

It was the most amazing cultural experience! Bus transfer is air conditioned and with sufficient space. The site seeing points they took us to had breathtaking scenery. Ruth was our tour guide and she was so friendly and helpful and gave us very interesting information about the Mayan village!
