Take a gentle stroll through some of the most famous streets in the world. Hear amazing stories about the monarchy and see them in action with the Changing of the Guard, and the Horse Guards on Whitehall.  Meet at Green Park Underground station and walk through Green Park, one of three Royal Parks in the area, to Buckingham Palace. On selected days you can watch the world famous changing of the guard, a century-old tradition displaying pomp and glory. Walk up the Royal Mall and pass two more Royal Residences, Clarence House and St James Palace. At the top of the Royal Mall, arrive at Admiralty Arch and Trafalgar Square. Lord Nelson, one of the most famous Royal Navy Admirals in British history sits here. He was a firm favorite of the King and Queen during his time.Walk down Whitehall, past Downing Street, to Westminster Palace, to see the seat of British Democracy that was always at odds with the British Royal Family.

To meet your guide, please take the Jubilee or Piccadilly underground line to Green Park station and head outside, staying on the side of the road where the Ritz Hotel is. There, you will see a Ritz sign next to two red telephone boxes. This is your meeting location. You could also take a taxi or walk to this location.

We enjoyed an informative, informal and great value for money walk around the palaces and Westminster. Tim, our guide, was friendly and welcoming and has fantastic knowledge. Thoroughly recommend for anyone wanting to know more about our royals and our heritage.

Tim and I cannot remember the other gentlemen’s name were great. Very knowledgeable of the history and times of things happening. The new guy that seemed to be training was also asking a lot of question and answering them too. He seems like he will do awesome as a tour guide. Tim was very funny and polite. We would definitely do this again and recommend them. Thank you for a great history lesson and the sights.

Jason was a fun and informative guide and the tour group was excellent company. we came for our son to see the changing of the guard so a little disappointed that this is Covid restricted. we got to see some horsemounted guards pass the Palace though so all good
