The food was incredible but what really made the tour was our guide, Timothy. As a native, he was able to give us not only history of the area but a in depth perspective on culture, maritime industries, etc. He was also generous with inside tips and recommendations. We had a wonderful time.

The tour was a great way to introduce you to Portland and their fabulous food scene. Unfortunately this booking didn’t share allergy info with the tour company. Luckily they were able to adjust quickly and figured out how to provide food at each stop.

My wife and I had never been on a tour of this nature. We were both pleasantly surprised at how much fun we had. Our guide, Timothy, was great! He was very informative and interacted with the group as if he already knew all of us. We had 14 people in our group and it appeared that everyone enjoyed themselves as we did. I would strongly encourage others to sign up for this tour, just make sure you request the tour that Timothy is assigned to! Each establishment that we visited offered excellent drinks and/or food. The foods consisted of a blueberry dessert or breakfast bar, clam chowder, lobster rolls & an excellent variety of chocolate truffles. My wife & I can’t wait to do this tour again next year!
