Great tour for a great price. Pick up was easy and conveniently located. On the way to Auschwitz they played a documentary which was a good intro to the trip (or you could sleep of course). The actual tour is led by one of the guides from the camps which is excellent they are very knowledgeable. After Auschwitz and Birkenau there was one more 40 minute stop to an incredible art expo. I am not sure if this is always a part of the tour but just keep this in mind if you have later plans in the afternoon. I did the 7am tour and got back around 3-3:15!

The organization was quite lousy, they sent me a location but without the time. I called and sent emails and they didn't answer, I had to wait half an hour with the cold and the rain... But the rest was pretty good. The guide was excellent, including his own experiences.

At the beginning, when I made my booking, I was a bit skeptical, as some said there was not enough time. I cannot confirm this. The tour through Auschwitz-Birkenau was simply brilliant from the guide and from the guide. She tried so hard, led us calmly and carefully through both camps, kept silent with us when necessary, but also told a lot and imparted knowledge to us. I can only recommend this tour to everyone
