The trip to Granada to the Alhambra with the Guide Navi app worked great. But we didn't find the info center right away and had to ask around. At the info center it was said that we needed the email with the associated tickets, and we thought we could get them at the info center, and that wasn't the case. The voucher that was sent was useless, no one was interested, and the email from GetYourGuide with the admission tickets was not sent to me! Thank God my companion spoke Spanish and called the emergency number given. 10 minutes later we had our tickets and could go through the control, of course the time for the visit to the Nasrid Palace had passed and we could only get in 2 1/2 later, otherwise it was worth this trap, but watch out folks! Check the emails for the payment ticket, the voucher alone is useless.

The tour guide was great, hard to understand at times but smart and very informative when I could. Couldn't have navigated the Alhambra myself -- there are few signs. I have to add it was very, very difficult to find the meeting point which wasn't clearly stated. I wandered for over 20 minutes before finally being told by the 3rd person I asked that Granavision has an actual center with its name on it on Paseo de la Sabica, which should have been clear on the voucher or the site. Might be more of a GYG fail like usual.

The audio app was straightforward. It would be ideal if I had my own headphones with me. The tickets in the attachment as a mail had all worked out well: but the ideal would have been to get a (!) Mail with all attachments and a clear heading what the attachment ticket is exactly.
