The skip the line tour of La Sagrada Familia was excellent and the guide was great and very knowledgeable. He spoke very clearly and was easy to understand. The tour of Park Guell was not as good. We could not understand the guide and he did not provide a lot of information. If I had to do again I would not do the park tour and just get a map and walk around myself. I would certainly do the tour of La Sagrada Familia again.

Paula was a wonderful tour guide at Park Guell. Christina was equally good at Segrada Familia. Two incredible tours. Unforgettable. Unfortunately, one tour guide who took us from the bus to the stop near the church was way too fast, which left lots of people behind. Very disconcerting to some. Didn’t get her name.

The tour felt very unorganized. We started at Park Guell. It felt a little rushed. Would have preferred to walk more while the guide was talking. Stood in one place rather long. Going to Sagrada Familia was a disaster. The bus was late. We didn't have a guide. The bus dropped us off farther away then anticipated (30 minute walk without stops to take pictures) & we actually walked to their store to get our tickets & had to wait for the guide. This was another delay as he initially took us to the wrong location & we had to back track. Our guide, Isabel, was great! She provided the right amount of information & her English is very good. I would highly suggest getting better coordination between the two tours. Lots of time was wasted in between. I don't feel I received the value for the money we paid.
