The company was super punctual, the guide very kind and helpful and the driver competent. The tour fulfilled the purpose, it is important to note that the passage through Cotopaxi is very fast and does not include the trail to the Jose Ribas refuge in the itinerary. For people who wish, they should opt for the full day tour in Cotopaxi. The tour around Quilotoa is complete, we had time to go down and up the trail. Which is wonderful. For those who do not have time to individually make the two volcanoes, I highly recommend it.

Despite the clouds and fog obscuring the most spectacular views of Cotopaxi and Quilotoa, we had a delightful day. Our guide was still fairly new at it, but he did a good job of explaining everything in both Spanish and English, and the driver made extra stops when a view was special so that we could get out and see it better. The meal stops were enjoyable. It was a long day but worth it! My main suggestion to the company is to remove the wrap on the bus, which made it very difficult to see the views out of the windows, which was one of the primary elements of this trip. The windows should not be wrapped on a sightseeing bus.

We had a nice day, everything went as planned. I would like to highlight the performance of the guide CAROLINA, very professional, friendly and kind. Well-formed person made all the difference the day we passed. It's a bit tiring tour, by the time on the highway, but ideal for those who want to buy time and know two unmissable attractions: Cotopaxi and Quilotoa. Be sure to bring a lot of clothes, because the cold is intense.
