Look out for Kangaroos, and Emu’s and marvel at the changing landscape as we approach the Barossa Valley and glimpse our first vines. Time to awaken your taste buds with our first tasting at one of the most photographed buildings in the Barossa, the stunning Chateau Yaldara. Immerse yourself in the grandeur of your surroundings as the host takes you through a beautiful, structured wine tasting. There’s time to explore the property, walk around the grounds, take photos by the fountain, and explore the hidden tunnels that lie beneath this spectacular Chateau. Our next stop is the quaint country town of Tanunda, where you can amble along the high street, browse in the local shops, or grab yourself a coffee, take a seat and have a relaxing 20 mins of watching the world go by. Our next winery experience is the beautiful, heart-warming and wholesome Saltrams. Let the hosts tantalise your palate as they showcase their favourite drops and share their knowledge with you on all things wine making in their rustic Cellar Door Barrel Hall. After the tasting it’s time for lunch, where you’ll enjoy an absolute Barossa feast with a selection of the finest Chef prepared hot and cold dishes, from the award winning Salters Kitchen. There’s no rushing your meal, with ample time to enjoy some good company, get to know your fellow travellers. We head now to Menglers Hill lookout for a view and a half! Check out the Valley, see where you’ve been and where you’re heading, as it’s now time to head to the 3rd winery and the most exclusive cellar door experience of your tour the stunning Rosenvale Winery. Opening only for Taste the Barossa guests, prepare to be WOW’d !!! The passion is palpable as Rosevale’s’ hosts generously share with you the most spectacular wines you will surely ever taste. World Class is an understatement! Finally, a picturesque drive through Seppeltsfield will round off your perfect Barossa adventure, with time to grab a photo of the iconic Date Palms and learn about their fascinating origin, and the iconic Seppeltsfield legacy. Time now to sit back, listen to some quite music and watch the scenery go by, or perhaps close your eyes for a quick nap, as we express back to Adelaide for approximately 5:30 PM and finish the perfect Barossa Adventure.

Embark on a guided tour to the historic village of Hahndorf and Barossa valley from Adelaide. Immerse yourself into the culture of the area with guided winery visits, wine tastings, and lunch. After morning pickup from Adelaide and Glenelg, head towards the Barossa Valley to discover the region’s charming villages, vineyards, and German heritage. Your first stop will be at Hahndorf, one of the most important German settlements in the region. Wander through the town and be charmed by its quaint 19th-century architecture. Up next, take a scenic drive through the Barossa Valley, where you’ll stop in Lyndoch at the Kies Winery. Famed for its prolific production, enjoy a wine tasting alongside lunch at this family-run vineyard. With your palate piqued, head to more wineries and a chocolate factory, capping things off at Maggie Beer's Farm Shop. Return to your accommodation in Adelaide just in time to reflect on the sights and tastes of the day over dinner.

Join this full-day small-group tour featuring some of Adelaide's finest experiences, including a visit to the German settlement town of Hahndorf and two wine tastings. Pickup is available from selected locations around Adelaide CBD. Your tour starts with a city highlights tour. As you get your bearings, learn about Adelaide's history and gain some insider secrets from your tour guide, the must-dos, the places to visit, and the best restaurants at which to enjoy Adelaide's finest food. Traveling out of the city, the tour takes you to visit the iconic Adelaide Oval (events permitting). Then, head through picturesque North Adelaide, scattered with stunning Federation architecture and lavish homes.  Be sure to have your camera ready because the next stop is a spectacular view of Adelaide from the summit of Mount Lofty. From Mount Lofty, it's on to Hahndorf. The German settlement of Hahndorf is an absolute delight. With its abundance of boutique shops and eateries, there's plenty to explore as you enjoy 2 hours of free time to do whatever you please. Meet the bus back at Bus Stop 54 on the main street of Hahndorf. Climb back on board, sit back, relax, and enjoy the short but scenic drive through the heart of the beautiful Adelaide Hills en route to the iconic wine-tasting region of McLaren Vale. Once you arrive at McLaren Vale the first stop is the stunning Chapel Hill Winery. Have your taste buds primed and your camera poised as your host at Chapel Hill tantalizes you with a wonderful wine tasting experience at their picturesque cellar door. From Chapel Hill, you'll wind through the stunning countryside, with grapevines and sea views as you head to the next winery, the quaint Shingleback Winery.  This Wine tasting is really relaxed and you'll get to enjoy a structured tasting of Shinglebacks finest wines. If you're peckish, you can purchase a cheeseboard to enjoy with your wine. Now the tour heads back towards Adelaide along the scenic route. Gaze out at the Adelaide coastline as you journey towards the final destination of the day, Adelaide's beautiful seaside suburb of Glenelg.  There are two options here. Either take a 20-minute stroll to check the place out and hop back on board or stay and make your own way back on the tram.

Get picked up from your Glenelg or Adelaide hotel and begin following the River Torrens through the spectacular Torrens Gorge. Learn about local wineries and sample their wines along the way. Enjoy your choice of six delicious lunch options. Discover the beauty of the Adelaide Hills as you travel along the River Torrens up past Kangaroo Creek Dam and past a chain of ponds to your first stop, Kersbrook Hill Wines & Cider. Travel onwards over Barossa Reservoir to Williamstown in Southern Barossa and stop at Kies Family Wines for more tastings and a beautiful lunch. In the afternoon, travel to the The Barossa Chocolate Factory, Maggie Beer's Farm Shop, and further wineries before returning to Adelaide at approximately 5:15 PM.

DAY 1: Melbourne to Port Campbell Depart Melbourne and travel over the West Gate Bridge through the vast volcanic plains en route to Geelong. Travel through Torquay for the first of countless photo opportunities of stunning coastal views and lookouts. Stop for a quick visit to the famous Bells Beach. Continue along the spectacular Great Ocean Road, visiting scenic spots including Kennett River where you can see koalas and colorful native birds in the wild. There are plenty of chances to see native Australian wildlife including Eastern Grey Kangaroos as they graze in the wild. Travel through Apollo Bay and into the Great Otway National Park. Take a guided walk through a cool temperate rainforest gully to see the world’s tallest flowering plants, prehistoric trees and ferns, and many other unique features. Arriving at the Twelve Apostles in the afternoon after the crowds have left, explore the boardwalks or brave a helicopter flight along the coastline (at your own expense). Visit Loch Ard Gorge and hear the story of the famous 19th-century Australian shipwreck. DAY 2: Port Campbell to Port Fairy Pop back to the apostles in the morning to check out these unique rock formations in the morning light without the crowds. Spend time visiting the unique formations of Loch Ard Gorge and hear the harrowing story of the wreck of the Lock Ard. After lunch, cross the border to arrive in Mount Gambier to see the famous Blue Lake and Umpherston Sinkhole. Arrive in the evening to spend the night at Naracoorte. DAY 4: Naracoorte to Adelaide Your day begins with a guided visit to the world heritage-listed Naracoorte Caves, one of the world’s most important fossil sites. Continue with a drive through the Coonawarra vineyards where Australia’s most illustrious cabernet sauvignon vines thrive on the famed rich red soils. Lunch is served at Bremerton Winery Langhorne Creek, where you can also indulge in some wine-tasting. Your tour continues to Mount Lofty for sweeping views of the city, before ending at your accommodation in Adelaide's CBD.

Ride the famous Riesling Trail in Clare Valley. Your e-bike tour will also take you to the plains of Monarto Safari Park for an exclusive cycling safari. Day 1 Travel to Adelaide with accommodation at the ibis Adelaide hotel. Day 2 Pick up from the ibis and head to the mid-North, where you will be guided through the Clare Valley Riesling Trail. Stop at your accommodation at the Clare Country Club. From here, your guide will take you to selected wineries including O'Leary Walker Wines for a wine tasting and lunch. Next, stop in at Mad Bastard Wines for another tasting. Conclude your second day with dinner at the Watervale Hotel. Day 3 Explore the Barossa Valley where you will hop on the e-bikes and ride the 20-km Barossa Rail Trail to Maggie Beers. Have lunch and a wine tasting at Seppeltsfield, where the bus will meet you and drive to the city of Murray Bridge. Check into your accommodation for the night at the Bridgepoint Hotel, and enjoy a high tea complete with a glass of sparkling wine. Day 4 Cycle Langhorne Creek wine region. Visit wineries on the Grapes for Good trail, a conservation initiative of Monarto Safari Park, and six wineries, where proceeds from wine purchases go back to animals in the wild. Enjoy a taste or two of the local drop at each stop, then end up at Lake Breeze Wines. where you will be treated to a tasty picnic and a bottle of sparkling Blanc de Blanc. Your 5 stops for the day will also include cheese, gin, beer, chocolate, and a historical tour to mix things up. Next, head back to Bridgeport Hotel for the night. Day 5 Immerse yourself in nature as you cycle Monarto Safari Park before the gates open. Watch the giraffe roam while you enjoy a light breakfast, made from local native ingredients sourced from the on-site Ngeragi ya:yun (native food garden). See animals including rhinos, chimpanzees, and zebras. Get a prey's eye view when you take the walk of the brave at Lions 360, Australia’s only 360-degree lion encounter at Monarto Safari Park. Spend the night at a 4-star hotel, The Manna by Haus. Day 6 Ride through the historic town of Hahndorf in the Adelaide Hills where you can enjoy famous Australian art from Hans Heysen and a beautiful cheese platter from Udder Delights. Finish your experience at Cleland Wildlife Park where you come face-to-face with Australian wildlife. Enjoy your last night at the ibis in Adelaide. Day 7 Tour concludes.
