This was a very well-organized tour of the major cultural and historical highlights of the city of Zürich. The bus was easy to find and we departed promptly into the city traffic. Our guide gave excellent commentary over the course of several hours in English and Spanish. The vehicle ferry across Lake Zurich was a nice touch, as was the cablecar ascent in Adliswil. The peak boasted great views of the region complemented by a nice treat at the Felsenegg restaurant—though it was an overcast day for us. We concluded with a brief walking tour of the Altstadt.

This tour hit the highlights of Zurich in a single evening. We got to see some of the sights, then went to the Lindt Home of Chocolate to shop their store where you could buy your body weight in chocolate (at least it felt like it!) The evening finished with a gondola ride to Felsenegg for a traditional fondue dinner. The food was delicious and plentiful and we had plenty of time to enjoy the meal.

Zurich is absolutely amazing, no doubt about that but out guide was the highlight of the trip. The weather was not at its best as it was raining but out guide, Daniel made the day so much brighter with his sense of humor.
