This was an amazing day. Well worth the journey on the bus for 3 and half hours each way. The sights and sounds were brilliant. Arkham was a good guide very knowledgeable however he had two coach loads of people to look after which meant a lot of time wasted whilst waiting for others. If there were a smaller amount of people it would have been much easier to hear what he was saying and to follow in the souks. Was still a great day would definitely recommend.

The few hours spent in the center of Marrakech were not spent in such a way as to repay visitors for the length of the journey to reach the city. Apart from a scattered stop in front of the mosque and a hurried tour of the souk, nothing more was shown. The program was not respected due to a long break (unscheduled and unsolicited) at a local product shop, so there was not enough time to visit the building, as was instead envisaged in the program. The guide was prepared but not very attentive to communication with visitors, the place and time of the appointment were changed arbitrarily and without notice, generating misunderstandings with further loss of time.

We were picked up from our hotel exactly when we were supposed to be,the driver was smart and professional.the tour guide was knowledgeable and professional.spoke many languages .we had a great time. thank you.
