We really enjoyed this! The wine and history was fantastic, as was our guide Elsa. It was a fun way to meet other travelers (our group was 4 people in total). We would highly recommend this!

By this combo trip you may, literally explore the whole island within the 2 days. rest of the time we spent mainly at the beach. tour by bus was amazing because of guide, Kristina. Boat tour great by itself. Guide (forget the name, male) should be more structured and passionate. I would recommend this activity.

The proposed tour covers the island's major sights, such as the village of Oia, filled with whitewashed building's overlooking the island's caldera. Hit both the Black and Red beaches, whose volcanic sand lives up to their respective colorful names. Finish up at a traditional winery before drop off back at your departure point.
The tour itself was great. We were picked up and ended our tour on time. Yet, it was up to us to manage the order of stops and their duration, giving us exactly the flexibility we needed. Santorini is a beautiful place and 5 hours are obviously not enough to see everything, but we had a great time, saw marvellous places and enjoyed great pastry and some improvised minutes at a family beach.
The tour starts late in the morning by picking you up from your hotel. After a short drive the small group will reach the traditional village of Megalochori and you will have the opportunity to visit the famous "symposion by la ponta" an amazing workshop of traditional Greek music instruments full of information about Greek mythology and music. Continue to Emporio village, stroll around the small picturesque streets and see the best preserved Venetian castle which used to be the medieval trade center of the island. Leaving Emporio you will have some free time to relax and enjoy a lazy break at the most famous black sandy beach of the island at Perivolos, where you can swim or even have lunch, tasting the local flavors. Later, the group will drive around the castle of Akrotiri and will have a short photo stop to enjoy the view of the castle the amazing caldera from the south part of the...
Gregory was a wonderful guide. He took us to some great sites that I hadn’t seen the last time I was here. He’s very knowledgeable and funny and would recommend this tour for history and science buffs.
While you’re enjoying your first cocktail on board in Santorini, listen to the brief orientation before setting sail for the day’s adventure. Glide through pristine waters to the amazing Red Beach, characterized by the iron-rich cliffs of magma that surround the bay. Try your hand in snorkeling, all the while soaking up the sun and the beauty particular to this region in Greece. Lounge on the White Beach, a secluded location only accessible by boat. Here, the surrounding limestone cliffs have been pushed to the surface from the volcanic activity thousands of years ago. Enjoy a delicious meal and drinks within the intimate atmosphere of the boat. Breeze through amazing bays, with names derived from the colorful geological layers left as a memory of the last volcanic eruptions. Sail past the ruined ancient city of Akrotiri — a settlement destroyed in the last Thera eruption around 1627 B...
We informed the cruise company of our food preference and allergies. They catered the menu as per our request. The crew was extremely welcoming and engaging. We didn’t realize how 5 hours flew by. Highly recommended.
After hotel pick-up, head to the Prophet Ilias monastery on the island's highest point to admire a striking view over the entire island. At the traditional village of Megalochori, get involved with the local culture. This settlement is made of hundreds of small white painted houses, tiny alleys, tower bells, and beautiful blue-domed churches. Head south and relax at Perivolos Black Beach. Swim in crystal clear waters and optionally enjoy lunch at a seaside restaurant. Visit the Red Beach, and take amazing pictures of the volcanic landscape and steep cliffs. At the very southwest point of the island, visit the lighthouse for unique sunset viewpoints. Built by a French company in 1882, it is considered one of the most beautiful of the Cycladic Islands. Stop at Oia village, one of the most photographed places in Greece, for spectacular views and blue-domed churches.
If you are limited on time, this is the perfect tour for you. You get to see every key spot in the island. Great opportunity to get photos.

I took the 5 hour private tour option of Santorini with my family (wife and two young daughters). Marcos was waiting for us at the airport to pick us up and proceeded to give my family the most wonderful day we have had on a tour. He was kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about Santorini. He was able to win over my 4 year old daughter who doesn't normally talk to strangers she has just met. He took us to all the major photo stops, but also took wonderful pictures of our family together. Kallisti tours was by no means expensive and the booking/arranging of the tour was very easy too. Stella (Kallisti's operations manager) was very helpful in giving us the right option for our tour. Marcos and Stella are wonderful assets to the team, but Kallisti tours for Santorini is one that I would totally recommend (as they customize the day to meet your needs and do everything in a comfortable, easy going way). Well done and thank you!
You will be picked up by private car or minivan and taken to the archeological site. Akrotiri is a fantastically preserved prehistoric city that remained buried under volcanic material for almost 4000 years! You will have the chance to walk around the preserved buildings and see details such as doors, windows, stairs, and paved streets. You will then be taken to the little port of Vlihada by car or minivan, where the motorboat will be waiting. Together with the experienced captain and crew, you will have the chance to explore the unique volcanic beaches of the island, sail around the caldera and the volcano and have lunch in a traditional taverna in the nearby island of Thirasia, right across Santorini. The tour ends at the port and you will then be taken back to the meeting point.
What a fabulous tour! Thank you so much Georgia for the fantastic explanations about Akrotiri. The tour was rounded off with us being picked up by Irene and taken to our motor boat for the afternoon. Miltos was exceptional. We learnt so much about the islands and Volcanos. He showed us all the different beaches and rocks including the impressive ‚Iceberg‘ and the lovely blue colours of the sea near the local taverna where we ate in Thirassia. The boat ride after dinner to take in the sunset by Oia rounded off this perfect day. Thank you for helping us make some lovely memories!

We booked this half day tour the night before and our driver showed up right on time. We had a 1 year old child with us and our driver Sotos was lovely! He kept her well entertained and helped cater our tour to what we wanted to see. Would highly recommend asking for Sotos :) Thanks Sotos, was a pleasure meeting you!
Our guide, Lydia, was extremely knowledgeable and very kind and helpful. The driver, Alex, was very prompt in picking us up at our hotel. And the company itself is very very good at communicating all information in a timely manner. You never have to guess when or if something is scheduled or confirmed.
We enjoyed our tour very much. Our tour guide, Lydia, was absolutely wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the island and history. Highly recommend this tour to learn about/explore the entire island in a day and visit all of the important sites.
All I can say is WOW! Fantastic from beginning to finish. We very much enjoyed the wine, the food was absolutely delicious. Elene, Stella, and Dimitris were perfect hosts.
Theodore was awesome and super friendly. We pretty much saw the whole island in one visit. He was very informative and we learned so much. We had a great time.
