We spontaneously booked a three-hour tour on Monday. It should start at 10 o'clock. Unfortunately we were stuck in a traffic jam for several hours on the way to Berlin, on the A24, due to an accident. We called the company and the employee immediately responded in a friendly, understanding and flexible manner. We should just get in touch when we are in Berlin. At 12:30 (2.5 hours after the booked tour start) we were finally there. Another call to the bike taxi and the driver of the rickshaw called us back immediately. We started our tour punctually at 1 p.m. The guide was very knowledgeable. We have seen and learned so much from him. With humorous and understandable explanations, this private tour through Berlin was a uniquely beautiful experience. We would like to thank the Bike-Taxi company and our tour guide for this incredibly flexible reaction to our delay and the great tour through Berlin. We'll do that again anytime.

The ride was exciting and very informative. The driver (Christian) was on time, really nice and child-friendly. He responded to our requests and answered all of our questions. You could see that he really enjoys doing his job. We had the feeling that he was enjoying the ride as much as we were. He also gave us a lot of valuable tips. A great experience all round. Thank you very much for the great time, dear Christian.

A great way to see Berlin - the Rickshaw can go almost anywhere! Till, our guide, was very knowledge and also very eloquent. He gave us a lot of insight and could answer all our questions. We thoroughly recommend the tour.
