The architecture is amazing - so unique. It was very enjoyable. We booked the skip the line ticket for the Nasrid Palace and it didn’t seem to help us any. We still stood in line for 45 min to get in - there wasn’t a second line to use. That was disappointing.

Good but it would have been useful to gain immediate access to the mastering palace rather than queue for 20 ins after our allotted time - tiring if the visit is at the end of the tour . The gardens of the afterlife were magnificent and well worth seeing as was the palace - a surprisingly nice lunch was had at the parador restaurant with quick service

Phenomenal experience. The Nasrid Palaces are beautiful. My top-tip is to note that 1) the time on the ticket is just the entry time for the Nasrid Palaces - you can arrive earlier and see the other palaces that make up the Alhambra; 2) it is at least a 15-minute walk from the entrance (after already having walked from the car park) to the queue/entrance for the Nasrid Palaces. Allow lots of time. Oh and don't forget your passport - we saw someone unable to enter without it - and you can take child buggies/pushchairs into the Alhambra complex but not into the Nasrid Palaces themselves. Despite all the hassle, it is unbelievably beautiful and totally worth your time.
