What people are saying about Amalfi

This was TRULY the most amazing experience! It is an "experience" not just a cooking class! EVERYONE needs to do this if you are near Amalfi! Yes, we got cooking tips and got to hands on help with the picking and preparations, but what was even better was getting a real feel for the organic and "old traditional" Italian cooking philosophy.

We had an amazing time learning about the garden and preparing the food! So much fun! The wine was free flowing and so was the laughter!Silvio and Gianluca were amazingly fun! This was the highlight of our three week trip, hands down! Can’t wait to get the recipes and make them at home!!
