This tour seemed too expensive for what it’s worth. I paid $217 for this activity, which said that it includes transfer and entrance fee to the public area. The driver arrived at my hotel early so that was nice. The moment I got in the car, the driver started asking me about my travel plans and he offered me more bookings. When I said, I already had activities booked, he got frustrated and started telling me that I was rushing with my plans too much that he didn’t understand why I was hiring different drivers for the rest of my trip. When we got to the hot springs, I had to pay entrance fee againwhich seemed a bit weird because the program said that this was included in the price. On the drive back, the driver started offering me to stop by at different shops and stores and when I refused, the driver got frustrated again and asking me my reasons why. I DON’T HAVE TO TELL YOU WHY I DO NOT WANT TO STOP AT SHOPS AND STORES. I JUST WANTED TO GO HOME AND REST! Do not book this at all

After reading other reviews we decided to go to the spa area instead and it was the great choice. We had the waterfall and the pool to ourselves. Had a great massage and used the sauna. The only reason for good service instead of excellent is the cleanliness. Sunbeds were filthy and the showers could be cleaner. Still had an amazing time. The guide/driver Steve was great! Polite, punctual and knowledgeable.
