The Heineken Experience and hour canal cruise was worth its cost and could not go any smoother. Walked right into the Heineken experience, my group was included in the next tour that was starting. Was able to take as long as we wanted in looking and listening to the Heineken presentations. Loved that we were able to do the canal cruise on a different day. It gave us the flexibility to go when the weather was perfect.

Firstly myself and my partner went on the canal cruise. It was so lovely to see beautiful parts of Amsterdam and get insight on it from an audio that can be set in multiple languages! The Heineken experience was unbelievable, the staff there were amazing and gave you quick insight on the history of Heineken! I also had a personal problem, that I was unable to go to my original booking but I phoned up and they made me the exception. They really do put a lot of effort into making happy customers! Also what’s not to like when you get two free drinks of Heineken each! Thank you so much!

Heineken Experience is certainly not a 3 hour duration as stated, maybe half that time. The tour itself was pretty cool and i would suggest going. The canal cruise was a bit underwhelming for me. The views are nice but the boat was all tables of 6 and earphones needed plugged in by the window. We were at the end of a table with someone else's kids at the window. I'd suggest getting there early for a good seat, but i couldn't find a timetable for it myself.
