Full description
Set off on a private tour or small public group tour with a maximum of 7 participants to some Overijssel province highlights. Leave the crowded city behind and experience some of Holland's most pristine nature and small-town charm. Enjoyment starts already on the way, as you admire the scenery of the Netherland's newest province, Flevoland, which was built on reclaimed land. Listen to the interesting and entertaining anecdotes about the Netherlands that your friendly and professional guide shares with you during the ride. Arrive at the Weerribben-Wieden National Park for a kayak sightseeing adventure. Once you're settled in your kayak, follow your guide along a leisurely 1.5 to 2-hour route through the park's labyrinth of ponds, lakes, ditches, mysterious-looking swamp forests, vast reed plots, and flowery meadows. Check out the nursing room for special plant and animal species. Once you're back on land, get underway to nearby Giethoorn, a car-free village featuring centuries-old thatched roof houses. Take some free time to explore the town by foot and relax by the picturesque canals. Or use your free pass for a one-hour boat ride through the village canals, passing by beautiful farms and small footbridges.

Wonderful day

We were "picked up" by a punctual and very kind guide, who kept us entertained all the time telling us many things about Holland and our tour. The canoe ride was very pleasant in an enchanted land. In addition, we were able to visit a characteristic village, brought by a boat, without cars and that seems to have come out of fairy tales. Totally positive experience.
