Start your tour by meeting your guide/driver at a centrally located meeting point. Your guide will take you to today’s first destination in about 60 minutes: Rotterdam. Rotterdam is the second largest city in the Netherlands and is quite famous for its commercial harbor. The first stop is Spido for your 75-minute boat tour, the best way to view one of the world’s largest ports. You’ll see Rotterdam’s imposing skyline, cutting-edge architecture, harbors, shipyards, and docks. The next stop on the tour is Delft, where you will have the opportunity to see the city’s canal-streaked historic town center and its awe-inspiring historical monuments, including the Old Church and New Church. While there, you will visit a factory specializing in handmade Delft Blue pottery, the most coveted porcelain since the 17th century. Discover The Hague. The city is the home of foreign embassies and international organizations such as the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court. It is also known for its historical sites. The Palace of Peace and Justice, which houses international courts, is located in The Hague, as are 150 other international organizations. Alongside this are several royal palaces and monuments, including the Mauritshuis museum and Binnenhof (the Dutch parliament).

Meet your guide at This is Holland. A free 3-minute shuttle ferry runs 24/7 from Amsterdam Central Station to Buiksloterweg on the north shore of the river IJ. Board via the two middle pontoons. On arrival, turn left and walk for two minutes.

We really enjoyed our trip to Delft and The Hague; so much so that we wish we'd been able to have more time but there is so much to see which our time did not allow for (to NO fault of the tour). Rotterdam had some interesting bits and we really enjoyed the architecture, especially getting to see the Cubed Houses; having a deep passion for architecture, this was a real treat. The river cruise though, while relaxing, was rather boring; most of the cruise was through the numerous industrial shipping ports. Someone asked us after the river cruise if we'd seen enough shipping containers 😶; dare I say WAY more than enough. That said, our guide/driver was wonderful. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared a lot of very interesting facts about Amsterdam, Delft, Rotterdam, and The Hague. As we happened to be the only 2 on the tour with him, he made various photo op stops for us that he otherwise would not have been able to do which was much appreciated. Was a good day!

Top notch it was really worth it! The boat trip in Rotterdam's harbor was memorable. The visit of Delft was just the right amount of touring and some time to ourselves. The Didn't do much in the Hague but at least went there. The day was full throughout. Our guide Willem did an excellent job with his maps and historical story-telling, which filled in alot of the blanks for me . Very well done and would recommend it.
