Your experience begins as you are welcomed to Morgado do Quintão for a walk around the estate to observe the vineyards. This will also include a brief introduction to the local grape varieties. Following that, enjoy a tour of the grounds throughout a wine-tasting experience that explores the history of the estate, as well as the terroir-driven wines. You will also learn of the estate's plans for the future as they continue to create Algarve’s landmark wines. Your guides will also tell you all about Algarve’s local grape varieties as you enjoy a tasting 3-4 of their wines. As you sample the wines you can learn about how they're made, as well as how to best pair them with food.

Take a trip back in time as you explore the historic city of Silves on a private tour. Depart from Armação de Pêra or Albufeira and visit the town's medieval castle, Municipal Market, and Chapel of Bones. Stop by a local vineyard to learn about Algarve wines and taste a variety of them. Get picked up from your accommodation and drive toward the Castle of Silves. Admire its medieval architecture, built between the 8th and 13th centuries. Explore the Municipal Market close to the river's edge and come across regional agricultural products, fish, and seafood. Walk down the narrow streets as you hear about local history. Enjoy the possibility to stop and purchase lunch at one of the traditional restaurants or simply browse through the typical craft shops of the region. Enter the Chapel of Bones, a temple built almost entirely from human bones. Learn about its origins and appreciate this homage to the inevitability of death.
