1. From Rio: Arraial do Cabo Day Trip with Boat Tour and Lunch

Begin your 12-hour tour through paradise with a drive from Rio de Janeiro to the region of the Costa do Sol (Sun Coast). When you arrive in Arraial do Cabo, hop aboard a majestic schooner to sail through the warm, clear waters of what’s often called the Brazilian Caribbean. Gliding through the sea, you’ll make a 40-minute stop to swim and snorkel near the Ilha do Farol, a peninsula famous for its lighthouse, and Prainhas do Pontal, a coastal zone flanked by towering cliffs and verdant mountains. Continuing on your boat tour, you’ll stop for photos at the Gruta Azul, a grotto known for its shockingly-azure waters, and the Fenda de Nossa Senhora, where a statue of a saint is placed between a massive rift in between 2 cliffs. To cap off your boat tour, you’ll enjoy another 20-minute stop at one of the region’s most famous beaches, the Praia do Forno. After working up an appetite swimming and relaxing on the boat, you’ll enjoy an authentic buffet-style lunch at a local restaurant, before hopping back aboard your transportation to Rio, arriving back in time for dinner.

They picked me up at my hotel at the right time. A very attentive guide took me to the transport, which had all hygiene and distance care respected. A peaceful and safe trip to Arraial. Getting there the boat ride was sensational. A very spacious boat, there were not many people, I was able to enjoy the view of the most beautiful waters I have ever seen and also dive to know the places where they took us. The lunch stop was also very good, quality food, which I was very pleased with. Upon returning, they dropped me off at my hotel safely. A wonderful ride, which I was able to enjoy in the best way! An incredible experience.

Our guide Mariana was incredibly personable. Unfortunately we were promised an early pick up but not kept. Had to wait at the pier at 7am for over an hour early in the morning. Boat good but extremely loud. Music selection not necessarily for every taste. I suspect the exuberant party mood was more at the start of the Carneval in Brazil.

They picked me up at the hotel at the right time and we went (always with the guide) to Arraial do Cabo. We had an incredible boat ride, beautiful scenery and a very tasty lunch. I loved it! I recommend!

I got the answers from GetYourGuide to all my e-mails very quickly. I made some changes, and they were followed very effectively. The driver, transport, transport time were perfect!

Very Good. Guide Maiara grade 10. Organization, punctuality grade 10.
