This was an amazing guided tour! I know that if I did Acropolis and the Nuseum alone, I would not have understand or retained any information. Alexia our tour guide was amazing. She was very knowledgeable and so caring! We had a tiny group so it made it easy to get personal and also follow along! I definitely recommend this if you’re looking for a great history guided tour! She also gave great recommendations and was very accommodating!

This guided tour of both the Acropolis Museum and the Acropolis was perfect! Our tour guide Alexia, also an archaeologist and very knowledgeable, was absolutely wonderful! We did the museum first which was in reverse order compared to what most people do which lessened the crowds at both the museum and the Acropolis itself. Very smart of Alexia to do this! The walk to the top of the Acropolis was easy with multiple stops where Alexia would give great history, background, and context. We were at the top in no time and never felt like we had hiked anything especially too steep. I recommend this walk for most anyone. Just be aware that it is quite rocky and appropriate walking shoes are a must! Also, be aware that much of the rock on the Acropolis has been worn down to an almost polished finish and can be quite slippery even when conditions are dry.

She also timed the tour well to help us avoid the crowds which was really helpful. I'd strongly suggest getting a guided tour for the Acropolis and the museum, there's so much information that people don't get to learn by doing it themselves!
