Totally worth it! You get to taste a lot of iconic greek foods and the history behind them. The guide was super entertaining and knowledgable and knew exactly which sites to show us in a timely and memorable manner. Very funny and chill experience, and it felt great to share it with other people as we walked around the beautiful neighborhoods in the heart of the city. My favourite tastes were the greek coffee, galaktoboureko and the small samples accompanied with bread and olive oil at the end of the tour.

Wonderful time, few too many sweets.

Our guide Maria was awesome and took us through some very cool places. I myself though there were a few too many sweet items for tasting. The food was all incredible though. The tour didn't end where it began so some people had issues with finding their way out, but Maria had a map and made it quite simple. There was a big focus on traditional foods but it would have been nice to go places that the new generation typically go as well.

Quite good, an excellent hostess with intimate knowledge of Athens

We had quite a nice time. This is a good way to spend a couple hours wandering the city in a directed but carefree way. Our hostess provided interesting historical information on Athens and Greek food in general, and was a delight to converse with. Overall, very enjoyable, and don't worry, you get your money's worth in food.
