Pickup and drop off at your hotel was great because we didn’t have a vehicle. We got to see things that were very interesting and hearing the history attached to each location was a bonus. The day flew by and the lunch was delicious as well. I highly recommend this tour because you will not be disappointed.

Our tour was amazing! We received a call at our hotel the night before to verify time and pick up which I believe was not only a very nice thing to do but smart business. We also received a call in the morning to tell us that our scheduled guide had called in sick and rather than cancel our tour one of the owners would be our guide. Ceillhe arrived with her young and delightful daughter Danica (sp?) and gave us a wonderful and very informative city tour. We thoroughly enjoyed learning of Ceillhe's Maori heritage and the history of the Maori in NZ while touring Auckland. After a wonderful lunch (included) at a local restaurant we said good-by to Ceillhe and Danica and continued the afternoon tour outside the city with Kirsten, a warm friendly and very knowledgeable guide. With the warmth friendliness and personal touches of Ceillhe, Danica and Kirsten this experience was like spending the day with good friends. I highly recommend touring with Time Unlimited.

We really enjoyed our day and learned a lot about the cultures and history of New Zealand, Auckland in particular. One drawback was in the early afternoon, when we had to return to the heart of the city to pick-up half-day tourists who joined us for the PM only. This took extra time and wasn't the most useful way to spend our time. Overall, we did have a great day and I would highly recommend this tour if you know in advance that the day wouldn't be so broken-up.
