Full description

Visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial and Museum with a pre-booked, fast-track ticket. A local, licensed guide will escort you through the museum and grounds. Deepen your understanding of the concentration camp's history as you tour both sections of the memorial. Begin your tour to this UNESCO World Heritage site with one of the museum's hosts, who will meet you at the entrance and direct you through the fast-track entry line with your pre-booked ticket. After a security check, meet your local guide and proceed on the first part of the tour in your chosen language.

Continue to the first part of the memorial and museum, KL Auschwitz I. Learn about this first section of the camps on a 90-minute tour. Then, take a short break before one of the museum's shuttle buses provides transportation to the second section of the grounds, Birkenau, or KL Auschwitz II.

We were not informed that the pilot was late and that we would travel by our own means of transport to Brzezinka. Considering that we parked the car in the parking lot 1 km from the Museum and paid PLN 40 for the parking lot, the transition to the parking lot and our own access to the second part of the camp was pointless. We quit. It is a pity that we were not told that we had to make sure the car was close. It was very nice to meet a very knowledgeable guide. She saved the overall impression, thank you for a great history lesson.

There shouldn't be someone who could notify you when the guide is late, you'll be upset if no one comes. It said you could call a number, but they only spoke Polish. Wrote a message by email, we didn't hear anything back either.
