This portion of the tour is flexible and you will have time to explore at your own pace. Afterward, experience the magic and music of Luckenbach, Texas, "where everybody's somebody." Step back in time in this tiny Hill Country Town that was established as a trading post in 1849, making it one of the oldest settlements in Texas. Kick back, relax, and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in a town known for exuding the Texas state of mind. Enjoy some good ol' country music before heading back to the city. Finally, end your day traveling through Texas vineyards. Learn about the development of the Texas wine industry and even visit one of the area's award-winning local wineries. The Rowing Dock staff will help you into your boat and review basic paddling tips with you prior to departure. Once on the water, your tour guide will lead you on a journey to the Springs. Along the way, there will be numerous opportunities to take photos with the downtown Austin City skyline in the background. This tour is approximately two miles round trip and lasts two hours. Guests will be allowed to get out of their boats and take a dip in the cool spring water. The tour ends at Rowing Dock.
