The tour itself is good but it has its details, such as when you arrive in Ávila and you only have an hour for the tour, it is almost impossible to take photos (you either take a photo or pay attention). We told the guide and he took care to go a little slower at the next stop to be able to take some photos. As for the transfer, the bus is very good and comfortable. I'm not sure if it has a bathroom since it was not offered.

Very well organized tour. The tour guide was incredible, very knowledgeable, very clear. The only cons were that the group was too large 60 people, and that we were too rushed in Segovia which resulted in not enough time for lunch (if you didn't pay for the lunch option). I personally didn't pay for the lunch option, as I like to explore good and better restaurants than just the touristy option.

Very well organised tour visiting two historic towns. Especially Segovia was interesting as we spent more time there, visit to the Alcazar was included and during lunch break we managed to visit the cathedral. In Avila we had very limited time but still an interesting to have a peak of this historic town. As there was much to take in during the day, I don’t think the group really would have had the energy to have a long in-depth visit, taking for instance a walk on the city walls… Our guide was knowledgeable and very sympathetic, unfortunately his English at times let him down, especially when listening through the headsets, as he had quite a strong Spanish accent and the sound quality could’ve been better. However overall a very enjoyable tour which I would recommend.
