OMG - from the moment our guide picked us up, we had the best experience! Hugo is truly passionate about the Azores! He was full of energy, knowledgeable and made sure we all had an amazing time....from scenic lookout points on our way to the hot springs. We had an amazing dinner of cozida with interesting people from different parts of tire globe....and the springs - no words can describe how relaxing (and refreshing) or time in them was!

What a fun and beautiful excursion! Guide Joao knows a lot about the island. The food was delicious! Make sure you're hungry. The baths were wonderfully warm, jewelry off and if you have colored hair do not wet the hair. Take some soap with you to shower afterwards. Erna went to the Caldiera, magical place.

Our guide, Eduardo, was very insightful, funny and outgoing. He provided very interesting facts about all of the Azores while on our way to Furnas. Dinner was a delicious experience and the thermal baths were sheer bliss. This tour is highly recommended if you have limited time on Sao Miguel island and we would highly recommend the tour and our guide, Eduardo, regardless!
