After meeting with your English-speaking guide in a centrally located meeting point in Strasbourg, depart for the town of Baden-Baden. Cross the nearby border of France into Germany, leaving the Grand Est region and entering the state of Baden Württemberg. Follow your guide and discover the numerous architectural splendors and magnificent villas that are lined along the Lichtentaler Allee. Whilst there you might want to try local food such as cured meats, or the world-famous Black Forest cake. Following your tour, begin your return journey to Strasbourg. After a break for lunch your tour continues along the wine route of the Badischerweinstrasse. This wine route is the longest in Germany, spanning more than 500 kilometers.
