Not an easy website to find where the bus starts from, and where it stops on the way. Had to do this through trip advisor. Good and polite driver. Headphones are a bit hit and miss on working. We found a seat where they did and the tour is very interesting and informative. Would recommend. We went from the Mercedes museum back to the start of the tour.

We very much enjoyed a two and a half hour Segway trip with the lovely Carla, who was happy, chatty and full of little snippets of information. The Segway ride itself was easy and very pleasant, taking us the whole way around Heidelberg and its surrounds, as well as visiting the Wolf’s Fountain, the Castle and the cobbled Old Town, giving us a good insight into the town in a relatively short amount of time. The thing that made our Segway trip extra special was that the whole of Europe was engulfed in a heatwave, including Heidelberg, however we managed to glide effortlessly and elegantly around the whole city without breaking a sweat! We would recommend this trip to anyone.

Overall the tour covered similar village styles and the trip is too long timewise. The information given via audio system was detailed and helpful. However there was no water available. For a tour of 100 Euro per person , do believe a bottle of free water would be appreciated by the customers. Small thing but big impact.

Kevin was an engaging, professional guide who provided a wonderful tour around Heidelberg.
