Very good service, both before trip and during trip. Guide was on time, was very nice and took such good care of me - i felt safe and comfortable. He had my best interest in mind, and i could feel that he wanted to give me the best experience. I showed me the best places, had a lot of knowledge about the area, answered all of my questions and also gave me great tips for eating, activities, spa place etc., which I all used with great satisfaction. Best recommendations for this trip and the guide Tedy.

Note this was a private tour! I did not read carefully and thought as a solo traveler I would be able to meet a few others on the tour, but it was just me and my driver Gede Susila. Gede was great, I give Gede 5 stars!!! He was very knowledgable, helpful and flexible! The reason I give 4 and not 5 on the tour itself is we started off stopping at a few local shops, nice things, but I felt like I needed to buy something everywhere we stopped or it was uncomfortable to leave. Since it was just me and Gede, I didnt really get a chance to explore any of these places on my own. I don’t recommend for a solo traveler, but if you have a group it would be nice and ask for Gede!

Trip was well planned and made even better by our entertaining tour guide, Komang Putra! He was very knowledgeable about the different places we visited and helped us alot with conversing with the locals during our trip. Btw, hit him up if you want a solid karaoke session throughout your trip ◡̈
