Arriving late at night, it was wonderful to have someone waiting for me rather than trying to figure out transport. Note: although I was told the driver would be wearing a blue shirt and holding a “get your guide sign”, he wasn’t. But he was at the arrival hall where he had a piece of paper w my name. So don’t be thrown by that!

Our driver Arie was very kind, friendly and helpful! our flight was delayed by many hours and he was waiting on arrival and even texted me to confirm that he was there. the service was very good! its so nice to get to a new country and have someone so kind who is willing to answer your questions and help with finding atms and drive you late at night after a long delay. I definitely recommend this service, it was perfect! Thank you :)

Komang Mexico was truly outstanding. After a 24 hour flight we were very exhausted, but his service and kindness really made a great first impression after landing. He even helped us get sim cards, and told us so much about Bali. A really great driver who I can definetely recommend to others
