I signed up for a small group class and I got a private class as I went in the middle of the week. They were punctual and pick it me up as indicated in booking. Sorya took me over and showed me the local market and together tasted some local products and I have noticed how coconut milk is prepared. Afterwards we took few ingredients from the garden and started the cooking. Sorya was nice, patient and aknowledgeble. She showed me how to prepare my favorite Cambodian amok with fish dish. She has a great english. The location was clean and nice. It was a pleasure to spend few hours in their company learning how to prepare some delicious dishes. I totally recommend the class.

It was a great experience! We were picked up from the hotel and taken to a local market. There we met our tour guide and cooking Chef, Sorya. After the market we went to straight to the cooking studio where we met the rest of the team. The studio was a relaxing and very clean place. We really had a lot of fun and a spectacular time. The whole team was very friendly and warm-hearted. We were allowed to choose our menu individually. Cooking with locals was a special and extraordinary experience and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend this place. Cooking with Sorya and her Family is a MUST when traveling to Siem Reap. Thank you

It was such an informative and fun experience to go to the local markets and learn about all the different vegetables/meats that are local to Cambodia vs. imported and how they are used. The instructors were very friendly and professional and always checked to see if we were happy with what we cooked and by god was it fragrant and delicious. I know a lot of people do food tours but being able to cook some local dishes is invaluable knowledge you can then take back home with you and re-experience such a memorable trip. 100% recommend!

This was one of my favourite experiences in Siem Reap. Sorya and her team are so welcoming. The class was incredibly authentic, with a visit to the local market and a walk through the home herb garden. There are a number of dishes to choose from, all very delicious and Sorya takes into account all dietary requirements. The knowledge, care and attention was faultless and it is clear to see the impact this work has on the whole community. Such a brilliant class!

Everything about this experience was perfectly timed and run - I learnt so much about both Cambodian life and also cooking and will be able to take these recipes home to spread the news about how delicious the Cambodian cuisine is! the family that run this are so friendly and kind. I highly recommend this tour.
