Full description

Explore the Gaudi architecture of Barcelona on an electric bike that makes light work of the distances between each site. The 3.5-hour tour starts from in front of Barcelona’s medieval cathedral, where you will learn how to ride an electric bike and how to navigate the city. Your first stop will be Ciutadella Park, admire the ornamental waterfall, Gaudi’s first major project when he was still a student. Continue to the Sagrada Familia, Barcelona’s most famous building and a spectacular, unfinished, cathedral with distinct spires and façades. When you have finished exploring, your group will return to the Old City via Paseo de Gracia, where you expert guide will make sure you pause to take in the history and stunning exteriors of the Casa Batlló and Casa Milà, at the centre of the Famous La Manzana de la Discordia, a collection of buildings that are some of the world's best representations of the Modernist architectural period, with mosaic façades, ornamental balconies and bizarre chimneys.

Easy to book online. Friendly, well informed and helpful staff. Great bikes, easy to use, felt safe through entire journey. Guide (Maria) was an absolute delight, exuded passion for Catalan history and the city, took interest in us as people and safety conscious the entire time What a fabulous way to introduce people to Barcelona and it's delights, we covered key sights and the 2.5 hours passed in a blink. Be prepared for a longer tour if you ask loads of questions. Given time to browse a number of the sights although no local bars which was possibly wiser! Would highly recommend. One of our best experiences. Would even consider taking it again when we return in future. Thank you!
