Unique experience. . .one which offered great insight into the societies producing the sorts of shoes on display (e.g., the child-sized shoes into which footbound Chinese women were crammed for centuries).

Not really a museum on the Bâta family but rather on the shoe as a whole, its symbolism through the ages, technical innovations, etc. Very interesting!

Fascinating to see how shoes can influence society's culture and reflect status of people.

Cool and unique museum. Definitely worth visiting during a visit to Toronto.

Unusual and very beautiful historical collection. Very interesting
