The tour guide, Dean, was just excellent….a credit to your service ! Can’t say enough about him. Your website, however, was terrible. It has not been updated. We paid online, and went to the address shown on the website, and the building was empty. Furthermore, we were directed to the Marina parking lot where a tour bus was suppose to be, and there was none. Fortunately we didn’t wait too long before the bus showed up….but we weren’t sure it was our bus, until we took the initiative to ask. Your company had absolutely flunked your logistical service. However, I gave you 5 stars anyway, because Dean saved your butts…..and I add, your transportation was first rate.

  • Beaufort: Local History and Film Sites Tour

    2. Beaufort: Local History and Film Sites Tour

This 1-hour tour by van covers Beaufort’s historic district and gives you a chance to learn more about the town and its history. Relax in an air-conditioned van as you discover the sites and homes where the stars stayed in downtown Beaufort. Ride by locations surrounding Beaufort such as The Gump Medical Center (funded by Forrest’s “gazillions” he earned running the Bubba Gump Shrimp Company) and The National Cemetery where The Great Santini was buried. See ee the bridge from Forrest Gump that he crossed on the way back east from his cross-country run. Yes, the “Mississippi River” bridge is actually here in Beaufort.

Janet was Wonderful! She was entertaining and informative of history and fun facts that make Beaufort so interesting! We appreciated the comfort of the van and her prompt pickup. Thank you for a successful tour experience. Mary O

Our guide was so knowledgeable about the history of the area and the old homes located there. He was open to questions and they allowed us to bring our 35 pound dog on the tour! It was nice to take a tour in air conditioned bus on a very hot August Day.

We loved the bus tour of historic downtown Beaufort! Dean was so knowledgeable and made the tour fun and interesting! He has a beautiful voice to boot! I highly recommend this tour especially on a hot summer day!

Very informative tour. Enjoyed it. Would recommend it to anybody that has never been or have been several times but never took the tour before. Out guide was very good on the history of Beaufort.

Everything about our tour was excellent and I don’t know how those not excellent stores were put there. Our Guide was excellent!!!
