  2. Belgrade: 8-hour Big Tour with Entrance Fees

  First stop of the tour is New Belgrade, on the other side of the Sava River with many interesting buildings, including: The  Federal Executive Council, also known as Palace of Federation, Genex Tower or Western Gate of Belgrade, Sava Center, one of the biggest congress halls in this part of Europe, and the building of the Ex-Central Committee of the Communist Party, The next stop is  Zemun.   The tour starts with a 2-hour drive toward Eastern Serbia, enjoying the beautiful landscapes and listening to interesting stories about this part of the country. The first stop is Golubac fortress, a defensive complex which used to defend many kingdoms through centuries. Golubac is the perfect fairy-tale castle, wonderfully set off by its location in the rugged landscape at the head of Đerdap Gorge. There are nine towers in all, each between 20 and 25m high, and combined with the interesting position of the fortress leaning over the Danube.   It was a lovely day - Golubac is a majestic fortress against the Danube river. I would've loved to walk up the towers, but they were shut due to the rain. but the option would've existed otherwise. I liked the pace of the tour - wasn't rushed, and we had enough time to walk around, explore. Lunch was absolutely the best! Jovan is a really great guide - knowledgeable and friendly.

  5. Uvac Nature Reserve Tour with Boat Ride & Hike to Viewpoint

  Explore the Nature Reserve of Uvac, which is considered the most beautiful natural attraction in Serbia. Since it is not frequently visited by tourists, this peaceful reserve with untouched nature is a perfect place to find inner peace.  Cruise along the Uvac lake and learn about protected species in this area.  Take a short break to watch Griffon's nests. With its 3 meter wingspan, it is considered the biggest bird in the country. Watching these magnificent birds flying around during the cruise is an unforgettable experience for every visitor. The second break is at the beginning of a hiking trail to the viewpoint with spectacular views of the Uvac meanders. Climbing up the hill lasts approximately 30 minutes and hiking shoes are recommended. After a break for taking photos at the viewpoint, you will climb down and embark on the boat again.   6. Belgrade: Mokra Gora, Drvengrad, and Sargan 8 Railroad Tour

  Travel to Western Serbia to the beautiful Mokra Gora. Visit the Drvengrad ethno complex along the way and ride the Sargan 8 railroad. Note: from November 1st until March 31st Sargan 8 railroad is closed for visits. Instead of train ride, you will visit Zlatibor mountain, one of the most popular leisure destinations in Serbia. The narrow-gauge, figure-8-shaped Sargan railroad in Mokra Gora has been recently rebuilt and is a popular area attraction. Enjoy a ride through the area’s stunning landscapes.   Your tour starts from your accommodation, where your guide will pick you up. Head towards Pomoravlje District, known as the center of the last Serbian Medieval Kingdom, where monasteries still have enormous cultural and historical legacy and wealth. Your first stop is Ravanica monastery. It was the endowment of Prince Lazar built during the period between 1375 and 1377, with its frescoes painted in the years preceding the Battle of Kosovo.   8. Western Serbia 1-Day Tour of the Key Sites from Belgrade

  Be collected from your accommodation in Belgrade and head to the countryside of Western Serbia, which is known for wild and untouched nature. For just over two hours, you can relax and enjoy the beautiful landscapes. Listen to interesting stories about this part of the country from your guide.  You will stop at an amazing viewpoint then head to Bajina Bašta, which is a small town in the foothill of Mt. Tara. This tour included many things which meant you got to see so much in 1 day. I recommend it. It is a long day- but worth it. The train ride was beautiful and drina :)
