It was a nice river tour but I'll never take another uncovered boat ride in a city. We had things thrown on us twice from two bridges. One thing got a guy's coffee cup sending it everywhere and the next bridge I saw the guy under the bridge throw, what turned out to be a half eaten Carmel apple with the pointed stick pushed through the end of the apple. It landed right next to my husband. I hate to think of that had hit someone. the staff are at risk!

It was impressive to get to know Berlin from the water side and to get a completely different view of the city. All sights were explained in German and English in a way that was easy to understand. With a duration of 1 hour, the journey was entertaining and varied. Everyone was given a comfortable seat and refreshing drinks were offered at fair prices. The staff was polite, well organized and exuded that nice Berlin charm. An all-round beautiful tour that we and our relatives from Canada had a lot of fun and enjoyed.

Very informative and good value for money. The online booking system also works perfectly and unbureaucratically, at least with prepayment. In the heat (35 degrees), an awning on the upper deck would have done a good job. For US that was ok, but for others sensitive to heat there was only the alternative of extreme sun or sitting in the lower part of the boat.
