Family with two kids (11/12)….we a great couple hours on the boat…sittings under comfortable sunroof with nice gentle breeze, lots of interesting things to see, listening to tons of information, enjoying good snacks, simple food and drinks along the way (the waffles with vanilla ice cream are amazing) and having very friendly staff taking care to make the trip as pleasant as possible for all. Recommendation is to be there early to choose the seating area that fits best for sunroof /open/ closed area….. bring sunglasses and a hat/cap…if it rains the can close the entire deck with a see through glass cover… to get a great 360 view of Berlin it was a great add on to the bus hop on/off we did a day before .

I found the cruise to be very interesting and enjoyable. I don’t speak or understand German, so I needed to use the hand-held device that translates the narration into other languages. It worked very well. One word of caution: bring sunscreen and sunglasses - if it’s a bright, sunny day, you’ll be glad you did.

A good ride for those who like boating and getting to know the city from another perspective. It's a slow ride, which gives you the chance to see spots in the city that you wouldn't normally see on a bus. I found the price fair for what the tour offers, which includes a guide recorded in German and the option of self-guide in other languages, such as Portuguese. Drinks and food are not included.
